Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Upload a click package
Delete that click package
Try to upload the package again
Get moaned at because "There is already a package named 'XYZ.XYZ' which has been deleted and can not be updated."
Click on "Please fix the stated errors and resubmit your upload."
Get a 404
