Bug Description
Hi,
I uploaded a new version of my app recently and unfortunately misspelled the version number. I used 05 instead of 0.5. So now I am unable to upload new version with numbers 0.6 or 0.7 since I always get the error that the new version is not newer than the old one. I am also not able to change the version number for the 05 version.

Is this for the touch store, or desktop?
This is because apps follow the debian versioning scheme so the client knows when an version is newer or older than the one it has.
If you publish an apps with a certain version, once it's live even for a little bit, uploading an older version will cause clients to not upgrade.
In that case, you effectively bumped the version to 5, and would need to specify newer versions (5.1, 5.2, etc).
