Bug Description
Hello,
I have been ask by a member of the community for support transferring an existing app to a new account or changing the name of the account and its corresponding email. The only alternative I know is to take down the app and reupload it under a new account name.
Is this possible via the users portal?
I have the details of the member trying to do this if required.
