No tracking of changes pending

Bug Description:
Currently the email that is sent out for application pending changes just says that there are changes pending and link to the app. What would be nice would be to add the changes there as a redundancy incase the change magically disappears or is auto added by admin or application state changes.

The other place it could be added would be to the feedback page this would be more of a time frame when the changes got applied. This would therefore allow us to check what happened to the system for the pending changes to disappear.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an application
2. Get the application to a QA ready staging and make a modification to it
3. Confirm that as a reviewer you see the modification
4. In admin add another distro series to the application
5. In both developer and reviewer modes confirm the pending change is now missing.

Expected Result:
I expect to be able to find out what was pending a change and to what part of the app also I expect to know when a change got added.
