Bug Description
Hi,
reviewers aren't allowed to review their own apps (though they can start the review)
That's fair enough, but not even being able to see the review is a pain for QA of pkgme.
I propose that reviewers be allowed to see the review pages for their apps, just not be able
to do anything (e.g. approve)

Problems with this bug as deployed on razorgirl.info:
* No link to the 'Review' page if you are a registrant reviewer
* The /review/ page can be got with URL hacking, but it still has buttons at the bottom. NB: the POST attempt correctly returns forbidden.
