"This list supercedes the list above"

The "Finding your app" page contains two lists, "Don't distribute in the following countries" and "Only distribute in the following countries".

The caption for the second list ends with "This list supercedes the list above." This is another way of saying "This form isn't arranged properly."

One way to fix this would be with three radio buttons. Something like:

    This application may be distributed:
    (*) In all countries
    ( ) In all countries except these ones:
        [list goes here]
    ( ) In only these countries:
        [list goes here]

Whenever one radio button is checked, lists subsidiary to the other radio buttons should be insensitive.

Also, it's supersedes, not supercedes, which is commonly misspelled, and would be quick to fix while this is being fixed.
