The example of how the app will look doesn't include the url for app info

The overview doesn't include how the URL for the application will be displayed

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an application
2. Once you get to the end of the app creation have a look at the overview not the url you typed in on the license page isn't shown

Expected Result:
I expect to see the URL I typed in on the Licensing page to be displayed somewhere
