Allow selecting all apps in the sales dashboard

Bug Description
Right now, in the sales dashboard there is no way to tick all applications in one category (either paid or free), other than manually ticking each and every checkbox manually.
This becomes extremely tedious when preparing the monthly downloads blog post and having to click through a huge number of apps.
It would be really helpful to either have an extra option to automatically tick all apps in one category, or to have the 'All {free|paid} apps' checkbox act as a sort of tristate:
1. Ticked - 'All {free|paid} apps' is selected, but no apps below are
2. One click - 'All {free|paid} apps' is not selected (grayed out), all apps below are selected
3. Another click - 'All {free|paid} apps' is not selected, none of the apps below are selected
