Bug Description
There is a syntax error in trunk (ImportErrro instead of ImportError) which once fixed leads to:
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'sso_finder' referenced before assignment

Changed to SRU as it's not as important as we thought. Only affects users who remove ubuntu-sso-client and then try to reinstall desktopcouch.
