webmailers.ini entries should not contain ID field

Bug Description

There's an obvious problem: the IDs are supposed to be unique, which means that users and sysadmins may have to change their /etc/desktop-webmail/webmailers.ini files (or ~/.config/desktop-webmail/webmailers.ini files) when new entries are added to /usr/share/desktop-webmail/webmailers.ini.

I suggest removing the ID field and using the name field instead, as this should in any case be unique (unless the sysadmin or user specifically wants to override a default or per-system definition respectively, which is fine).
