Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Floating IP at Project/
2. Click 'Set' button near IP record at Project/DNS/Reverse DNS page and add some another description
After these actions, we have two different floating IP descriptions at the Project-Network and DNS-Reverse DNS dashboards. These descriptions are different, but have the same name at the UI. Attached screenshots illustrate it for .158 IP
