Bug Description

There are 2 bugs in documentation:
https://docs.openstack.org/api-ref/dns/?expanded=get-the-name-servers-for-a-zone-detail,list-all-recordsets-owned-by-project-detail,create-zone-detail,get-project-limits-detail#get-project-limits

1) This is a static API showing the limits designate puts on certain fields, such as the maximum length of a recordset name… and it’s not about projects.
Projects in Openstack are tenants, therefore such a description may is misleading.
Maybe that instead of using “List project limits” it would make more sense using “List Designate default configuration fields limits” or something like that.

2) All HTTP headers mentioned in Request section:
x-auth-token (Optional)
x-auth-all-projects (Optional)
x-auth-sudo-project-id (Optional)
are not relevant and including any of the above headers in API request doesn’t affect the retrieved payload.

Changed in designate:
status: New → Triaged
importance: Undecided → Low
