AXFR contain records in error state

Bug Description

first the user can create a recordset with IPv4 and type AAAA which put the recordset in error state ( or the recordset could be in error state for any reason)

then the zone transfer happen and a the recordset is included in AXFR then AXFR fail because dnspytthon package try `dns.rrset.from_text_list` and fail with malformed address

openstack recordset create --type AAAA --record 1.1.1.1 example.com test
'1.1.1.1' is not a 'AAAA' Record
