designate-bind9-py36 gate is failing due to python-zvm-sdk

It looks like zVMCloudConnector is being installed in a py36 env when it errors out if that happens.

we have 1.2.2 fix out which contains https://review.gerrithub.io/c/mfcloud/python-zvm-sdk/+/419771
so I will wait for test result of designate and close this bug if test pass

This is fixed in Designate's gate now - and when https://review.gerrithub.io/c/mfcloud/python-zvm-sdk/+/420126 lands, it will ensure it doesn't happen when py37 is introduced. Thanks for the quick turn around!
