Install and configure miss several steps

Is there a complete installation procedure? The installation of ocata and pike miss several steps, and there are two bugs about it, but the steps of page https://docs.openstack.org/designate/pike/install/ did not any update.

we should complete installation steps first, and then there will be more people work on it， and designate could be better in the future

What bugs are missing? If they have been fixed, we may have an issue publishing. Can you link the bugs / steps that are missing?

There are four bugs about designate install or the installation docs, we just want these docs make designate work well with neutron.
