Bug Description
Building the Newton b1 release of Designate, running lintian (the Debian package linter) shows non-free files:
E: designate source: source-is-missing api-ref/
it makes it impossible to upload Designate to Debian Experimental. Minified JavaScript files shipped with the source code, even if they are for the doc, are seen as non-free pre-compiled code, and effectively makes the whole package non-free for all downstream distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RDO, SuSE, Gentoo all included).
Please remove bootstrap.min.js ASAP, and replace it by its non-minified version. Note that Cinder has the same issue and fixed it by requiring os-api-ref instead.
