Bug Description
In Designate,
a) When I list designate domains and no domains are created yet , nothing appears on the screen.
b) When I delete a designate domain , no message or alert is generated.
But for other components eg. nova , an empty table is generated if no instance are there and after deleting an instance a proper message is generated.
