ZoneManager "DeletedDomainsPurgeTasks" failing

Bug Description
Version: stable/liberty
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create domain
2) Abandon domain
3) Wait for DeletedDomainsP
4) It fails.
If you will manually delete a RecordSets from corresponding table - domain purge task will succeed. Seems to be, that DomainsPurge task is trying to delete domain only without its RecordSets - so constraint fails.
