'openstack zone abandon ' command does not remove the zone from designate's storage

whenever we abandon a zone it is not removed from designate databases.

Designate "soft deletes" zones when they are deleted via API.

The zone is "deleted" in that it won't get pushed to nameservers and it can not be updated, and a new zone with that name can be created.

There is a periodic zone manager task to clean up deleted zones:

However, if you mean that the zone was still available via API and Nameserver, without an error status. This is a problem.
