dashboard create record dialog has a terse user experience

A couple of problems exist:

- The record type drop down presumes that users have all the record type memorized, with no explanation or help content.

- Typing in the domain name field has very terse error handling when an incorrect format is used, and there is no help content.

Multiple people are confused that records need to end with a period. As long as that is enforced by designate itself (which is another story) then the GUI should provide some guidance.

    Improve UX of create and update record screen

    The create record has a couple of issues that this fixes:
     - when the name needs to end with a '.' character, the user
       is left clueless about this rule.

     - General review of record types is not present.
     - The buttons on the bottom of the page are non standard.
