Unable to name document/drawing prior to first save

Bug Description
creating a new .dxf. cannot name the file whilst the drawing ui is open. Can only save as untitled then rename in the file tree. seems to be the same both at phone scale and desktop.

if you then dont rename that fie prior to making another it will overwrite the previous drawing without warning. Same applies to .svg
