Bug Description
1) Maintain twiki page to guide whoever's monitoring redrows on what can just be rerun, how to fix those that need some repair before they can rerun, etc.
2) Debug. Don't spend time disproportionately on errors affecting a small number of books. For those that do affect a considerable number, identify cause (and hopefully) solution.
