Bug Description
Currently the choices are pretty lousy for books containing few graphics.
Need to provide the following choices with all books:
- the title page (if identified in scandata)
- the actual cover image (if identified in scandata)
- a null option (include no image on the cover)
Alexis has offered to generate a few additional fixed images that can be used with all books.
If time permits, can also arrange to do a wiki commons search on the author's name.
