Bug Description
Moving depspec to bzr is probably a good idea now that there's a project for it on lp, this probably involves manually rewriting history though (as depspec initially was inside tfplib and thus there where references to tfplib.depspec....) if I don't want the older revs to be b0rked. Also I'm not too sure how to specify the commit time, at first glance I can't see an option for doing so with bzr ci so using the bzr api directly might be needed.
