Bug Description
The firstboot screens that come up after oem-config-prepare allow selection of Chinese language, but no input methods are started, so when you get to the username entry screen, user cannot enter localized name.

I think I've done this now (committed to bzr, not yet uploaded). I have only tested the new oem_config. im_switch module in isolation, though, and not yet as part of the entire oem-config process; I expect to do this at the distro sprint early next week.
