Bug Description

When doing device recovery to the Dell End User License Agreement page, there is no current focused widget and there is no way to set/switch focused widget with keyboard TAB/SPACE key. Up/Down key can scroll the license text pane but even with scrolling it to the end, the "I've read and accept" checkbox and the Back/Continue buttons are still not responding to key events. Therefore there is no way to continue the recovery process with keyboard only.

The EULA page is actually distributed as part of dell-eula, not dell-recovery. I suspect this is just a change to the GTK UI file that would allow it to be selectable by keyboard and mouse.

The EULA needs to spin soon anyway for legal text changes, I'll ask team to check into this.

Yes, I think the same. Should be as simple as adding an attribute to some GTK ui file or so.

Thank you. That would be handy when the touchpad is not functioning well.

Can you please try with dell-eula 1.08?

How to upgrade dell-eula? There is no such project in launchpad and there is no new version after running `apt update`.

Put deb from OEM archive into a recovery image in the debs directory and it
will be used.

I have checked dell-eula 1.08 but it still has some issue.
When I press TAB, the focus will only go through all links in HTML content.

Press enter at that screen not tab.

@superm1, please also see GNOME Human Interface Guidelines[1]. TAB is the default key for navigation.

I don't know how the focus from the Webkit widget can get released via tab. Any ideas?

Mario,

Do you maintain dell-eula by some Git repository on Github or somewhere else?
Could you make it available on https://github.com/dell?

It's internal repository, history isn't made public. However it's not
compiled content, it's a python file, Glade UI and HTML files.
