tzdata is currently in version 2008e-1ubuntu0.8.04 It should be update to latest version which includes many updates on timezone data (current: 2009f-0ubuntu0.8.04).

  * Add argentina-no-dst.diff: Some Argentinian provinces do not have daylight
    saving this year. Thanks to Mariano Absatz for the patch! (Slightly

New release in generic hardy. Note that the 2009j version fixes LP: #383444

  * Add fix-bdst-syntax.diff: Avoid new format syntax (not specifying DST end
