Use PolicyKit in aircraft-manager

Bug Description

The aircraft manager utility is great, but it forces you to enter the password any time you like to swith wifi on/off.

The PolicyKit framework could be used instead plain gksu, allowing users to automatically authenticate when launching the aircraft-manager (if this is, of course, the behavior desired by user). See http://hal.freedesktop.org/docs/PolicyKit/ for more details.

Confirmed. This should also be applied to the wireless switch (Fn+F2).

It seems that HAL >= 0.5.10 provides a DBus interface called KillSwitch that allow to monitor and toggle network interfaces. This should yet use PolicyKit and it seems there is basic support to Dell laptops[1]
