External Monitor Power Management

When you shut the lid on one of the Dell Minis, the default action is whatever you set in power management. However the action that makes more sense when you have an external monitor plugged in is to not suspend the system when the lid is closed because more than likely the user is using it as a desktop setup and would manually do that. Just like there are different settings for when the system is on AC power there are different power management settings so should that change automatically when the external monitor is plugged in.
