Use btrfs snapshots during backup if possible

Bug Description
If the filesystem is using btrfs, it would be nice if Deja Dup could take a snapshot at the beginning of the backup, do the backup, then delete the snapshot.
And have it persist across runs of deja-dup (if it gets interrupted) would be neat too.
This would solve the problem of files changing underneat deja-dup.

If the backup target is on the same BTRFS volume, deja-dup could simply use snapshots as backup. No need to fiddle width data beyond this.
