Allow multiple backup schedules/configurations

I have multiple ways of backing up:
 * My external RAID 1 drive enclosure
 * My colo'd server
 * And various cloud options

I would love to be able to schedule, for instance:
1) Backup everything to external enclosure every week on Sunday
2) Backup a subset (minus music, for instance) to server every week on Monday
3) Backup a smaller subset to amazon/rackspace every 2 weeks on Tuesday

Being able to have those 3 schedules would make me a happy bunny.
