Prefill normal values for FTP backups

Bug Description

The FTP backup configuration screen includes fields for the port and username. I suggest these - and the port especially - should be prefilled with the expected value; '21' for the port and the current user name for the username. The port, especially, is unlikely to change, and how many people would know what port is used for FTP?

Also, either add an optional field for the password, or a note that Deja Dup will ask you for it later. I spent a long, frustrating while trying to find out how to add a password before I realized it would ask you once it connected.

Ubuntu 11.10
deja-dup 20.1-0ubuntu0.1
duplicity 0.6.15-0ubuntu2

Hi! Thanks for the report.

If you leave the port field empty, it will use a default port behind the scenes. Maybe an alternative to prefilling would be to clearly mark the field as optional. But prefilling is a good idea too.

This screen has now been redesigned a bit to not ask so many questions. You just put in a server address URL (with some hints about what the format is). So I'll mark this fixed.
