Bug Description

With Deja-dup, I can see no progress for individual files and this is a problem because some of my files are several hundreds of megabytes (think email inbox etc) and when backing it up over the network, there is no way to know how progress has been made.

Why does it matter to know how far along a given file is?

How long is it going to take? Does it resume from where I left off if I cancel a partially backed up file?

It will resume from the middle of the file, yes. So I'm not sure how useful the per-file progress would be.
