Bug Description
Using GtkBuilder UI definition files wherever possible would make changes easier and encourage contributions. Let's do it!

I mean, yeah. We've made a tiny amount of progress on this. We now use GResource to bundle some builder files in. That can be expanded as we add more stuff. But I'm not likely to rewrite large portions of DD to do this. I'm not sure this bug has much use, I'll just mark it invalid.
