Run 'preparing' and 'backup' steps simultaneously

Bug Description

You might improve deja-dup's perceived (and actual?) performance by running a pair of threads, one to calculate the set of files to be backed up, and one to do the actual backup. That way the backup can start instantly, without waiting for the 'preparing' stage to do its thing.

deja-dup 7.4-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu 9.04
