Bug Description

The backup fails if there is no password. Deja dup should allow the user to not put a password if he wants to save on a directory (with a warning maybe) and to restore without too.

Should be fixed in 7.4. If no password is entered, we turn off encryption for that backup, and if the backup succeeds, we turn off the encryption preference for the user.
