We should use the Inhibit power management interface to stop the user from shutting down while we are backing up.

Sorry for reopening after two years, but ...
at least in Ubuntu 11.04 and Deja-Dup 18.1.1 I'm able to go into stand-by although Deja Dup is performing a Backup.
