Bug Description
Please open the translation permissions without assigning a group like the launchpad translators. The admins in the “Launchpad Swedish Translators” team is not active which makes it impossible to join the team. There is no one that approve membership to the team anymore and nobody in the team will review translations. Therefore the translations should be open for everybody who wants to contribute.
