Bug Description
Hi,
Whenever I try to backup my files to FTP target. I get the following error message:

Giving up after 5 attempts. Error: g-io-error-quark: Operation failed (0)
---
This error doesn't occur for small count of files while it does for 50938 items (totalling 22.6 GB)!
