Steps to reproduce:
1. Set storage location deja-dup to an encrypted external drive.
2. Schedule an automatic backup.
3. Make sure the external drive is _not_ connected when the scheduled time comes.
4. Connect the external drive and enter the encryption passphrase.

Backup won't start unless the user manually launches deja-dup.
