Bug Description

Hello everyone,
I have problems with resume or make incremental backup on WebDAV backend (NextCloud 12.0.0, nginx/1.12.0, PHP 7.0.18-0ubuntu0.16.04.1).

Deja Dup is scanning directory structure, pass to 'Uploading' and then stuck on:
DUPLICITY: . Writing duplicity-full.20171117T152401Z.vol4.difftar.gz

$ lsb_release -d
Description: Ubuntu 17.04

$ dpkg-query -W deja-dup duplicity
deja-dup 36.2-0ubuntu1
duplicity 0.7.12-1ubuntu1

I attach strace around stucked moment, NextCloud logs and Deja Dup debug output.

Does this work any better in 17.10 for ya? There were quite a few changes to the remote backend support there. And it now supports using GNOME Online Accounts for webdav.

I’m going to assume the mentioned changes helped this. If not, please reopen. Thanks.
