I want to use Amazon Cloud Drive (not S3). Is there a way of using it?

That's not on the road map right now. We're transitioning to supporting the destinations that GNOME Online Accounts supports, not adding manual destinations ourselves.
File a bug with GNOME Online Accounts though if you'd like to see support there, which can then be added to Deja Dup.
