cannot add hidden directories to exclusion list

Bug Description
Within my home directory, I want to add hidden directories to be excluded from the back-up. However, I cannot directly add these directories (via the GUI) because the list box does not include hidden directories.
I cannot add hidden directories using the search bar. Within /home, searching for: "mshallop/
From the command line:
# ls -l /home/mshallop/
total 8

Not including other files b/c not having problems with back-up/restore process.

Hello Micheal.
The file add dialog respects the settings of your nautilus (standard file manager in Unity).
If you do not see the hidden directories in the list box you may need to press STRG+H to toggle this setting of nautilus.
