Bug Description
Every day I receive the following Error Message:
Backup Failed
Giving up on request after 5 attempts, last status 404 not found.
Please can you help?
Using Ubuntu 13.10
Don't know what version of Deja-Dup I am using

I'd say your "404 not found" error suggests the backup location could not be found: perhaps a typo in its URL when you set it up?
Also Ubuntu 13.10 is no longer supported anyway, you should update to at least 14.04, that way you'll have a newer version of Déjà-Dup too. It's version 30.0 in Ubuntu 14.04, run 'deja-dup --version' in a terminal to find out yours.
