backup repededly asks for password . cannot backup or restore

Bug Description

Backup not working . Keeps asking for the password for encryption . It was working on 9th of April 2015 . 1 week later i just keep getting password request . i have only ever had 1 password and its the same password i have to log in so it cannot be me putting the wrong password in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

If this is still happening, try finding out which GPG error triggers this issue, as indicated in bug report 1540174
