Bug Description
Please store logs of the backup process per default in the file system. I am administering computers for several family members and in case deja dup encountered a backup failure, I have no chance to debug this after the fact.

In git main, I've landed a change that does this - it will save the last 50 messages from duplicity in a log file at ~/.cache/ deja-dup/ duplicity. log and make that visible from the About menu.
Will be in 42.3.
