Bug Description

Hi

I have a problem where deja-dup does not find deleted files when I use the "Restore Missing Files" option from Nautilus. This appears only to happen when deja-dup runs automatically.

I have created a test directory which contains only one file. After deja-dup does it's automatic backup, I then delete the file and try to restore it. No files are found to restore.

Strangely, if I run the backup manually then delete the file, the file is found to restore.

Backing up to an external USB drive, NTFS formatted.

Ubuntu 12.10 amd64
deja-dup 24.0-0ubuntu2
duplicity 0.6.19-0ubuntu2.2

gsettings file enclosed.

I have the same problem. I delete a couple of test files. Upon clicking Restore Missing files, no files are detected as deleted.
