deja-dup keeps asking for Encryption password - i never set this up

Bug Description

while trying to restore some files i was asked for an Encryption password

since i have not set this up i would presume this to be a bug.

not a big for now as my system health BUT it should better documented what this password is for.
and where it is kept on the $HOME.

The problem still exist in version:

deja-dup 26.0-0ubuntu1
duplicity 0.6.21-0ubuntu1

with Ubuntu 13.04

This is an old bug, but in 2014 (with deja-dup 30.0), we changed our detection logic for whether the backup is encrypted or not. I'm guessing this was fixed with that? I'll close this bug out, but if you still see this with a modern deja-dup, please open a new bug. Thank you!
