Bug Description
My S3 bucket for Déjà Dup keeps filling up since I activated backups, no backup has ever been removed!
My settings are: weekly backups, keep backups for at least 28 days.
When I open the bucket in the S3 console, I see full backup files 7 months back.

This is an ancient bug, but wanted to explain what probably happened. Most versions of deja-dup make new full backups every 3 months and also require 2 full backups to always be around. The effect of that means we often kept backups for longer than expected.
I've just landed some clarification in the UI (to explain that we might keep backups up to 3 months longer than expected) and only require 1 full backup to always be around. Hopefully this reduces confusion around what deja-dup is doing behind the scenes.
