deja-dup second Backup with WebDAV failed with Error " Entry with same name exists"

Hi to all and sorry for my bad english.

I have Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with Unity.

lsb_release -d
Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

"dpkg-query -W deja-dup duplicity" tells me:
deja-dup 22.0-0ubuntu2
duplicity 0.6.18-0ubuntu3

My first Backup on T-Online-Mediacenter via WebDAV created on the T-Online-Server the Folder as I told him an the backup run correctely.

Now, the next backup shoud be performed but it does not work any more.
Deja-dup mounts the WebDAV folder correctly and then Stops with the errormessage that the Backup can not work
(Entry with same name 'my-backup-folder-at-the-server' exists)

I tried several hints I found in the Internet:

create a folder deja-dup in /
create a folder deja-dup in /BACKUP
create a folder deja-dup in / BACKUP/name-of-the-backup

Tried the PPA https://launchpad.net/~deja-dup-team/+archive/testing from the “Déjà Dup Maintainers” team

Exactly the same Problem is reported at the german ubuntuusers forum by an other person: http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/d-j-dup-entry-with-same-name-sicherung-exists/#post-4520562

 gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.DejaDup > /tmp/deja-dup.gsettings ---> only pops up the same Error-Window and the /tmp/deja-dup.log file is empty.

I hope you can help us. I think it should not be normal to do a full-backup every time.

two weeks later (and about 40 fails to update my backup) and only one other person who is also affected?
And nobody in her who has any idea?
What can I do to fix the problem?
Or what further informations do You need?

Thanks for coment this bugreport.
But I think it will be better, also to sign as "yes - it affects me" at the top of the report.
Because I still can read there "This bug affects you and 1 other person".
But You are the third (including me).
I'm waiting since JULY now for getting an answer or a fix.
